to the New Ohio Web
Since
you've made it this far, no doubt you've
noticed that the Ohio University Web site
has undergone some changes.
The
Web team of Senior Web Designer Tracy
Corrigan, Web Information Coordinator
Tasha Attaway, Director of Media
Productions Paul Ladwig, and some
dedicated students have been working hard
to refine the navigation, look, and feel
of the site.
Dick
Piccard, Don Sweet, Jay Beam, Dave Hannum,
Ivan Chang, Larry Owens, and Don
Pendergast in Computer Services have been
working hard on the back end, developing
new applications, and coordinating
computer functions. We all hope that our
efforts have yielded a site that makes it
easier for you to find the information you
want about Ohio University.
One
of the most prominent changes is the
navigational system. The site now caters
to the specific needs of our five most
prominent audiences: prospective students,
current students, faculty and staff,
alumni and friends, and infoseekers (those
who are seeking information about Ohio
University but may not have a direct
affiliation with the institution). These
"audience pages" will get you anywhere you
want to go on the Ohio Web site.
