"Creating Harmony Among Employees at Work: Self-Esteem, Motivation, Turnover and Salary" will be the subject of a workshop conducted by Marlene Blackford, M.S.N., R.N., C., at the Ramada Inn in Nelsonville from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 14. Registration is at 8:30 a.m. The workshop fee is $40.
Blackford will analyze the causes of disharmony among employees at work; discuss positive self-esteem as the foundation for harmony among employees; discuss the attitudes, teamwork and communication needed to create an environment that supports harmony; identify methods of building harmony with difficult personality types and discuss the application, in one's own practice, of strategies that promote harmony with fellow employees.
