BACK STUDENTS
It's time
to say hello to the Year 2000 and to winter quarter at Ohio
University. Classes are in session on all campuses, the
residence halls are open, and the dining halls are serving
all meals.

list of useful university telephone numbers and Web
sites:
Here are a
few important winter quarter deadlines to keep in
mind:
- Wednesday,
January 12
- Last
day to file and pay for a winter quarter graduation
application (degree conferral March 18)
- Tuesday,
January 18
- Last
day to register for winter quarter
- Last
day to add a class
- Last
day to drop a class without receiving a grade
(WP/WF)
- Last
day to receive partial refund of registration fees
(80%) for complete withdrawal from the
university
- Last
day to apply for pass/fail grading option through your
academic dean's student services office or regional
campus student services office
- Last
day to change a grading option (credit to audit/audit
to credit or pass/fail to regular grade option/regular
grade option to pass/fail)
- Monday,
February 7
- Last
day to drop a class from your Fall Quarter schedule
Don't
forget; the Ohio
basketball
season is in full swing. Students can pick up their free
tickets at the Convo ticket office, the Baker Center
Information Desk, and Follett's University Bookstore.
Remember to bring your Ohio University ID; you won't get
your tickets without it.
