Ohio Football Game Against Miami Moved to 1 p.m. Kickoff

The kickoff for the Ohio University football game against Miami University on Saturday, Nov. 13 has been moved from noon to 1:00 p.m. to accommodate an adjustment in the Mid-American Conference's television package. The game time modification is necessary to facilitate a second MAC Regional broadcast of the conference matchup between Marshall at Western Michigan in Kalamazoo, Mich.

The Miami at Ohio game will be broadcast locally on WVAH-TV Channel 11, the FOX affiliate in Huntington, W.Va. The broadcast will also be carried on WUCT-TV Channel 51 in Dayton and on Central Ohio Sports TV, a cable network in Columbus.

"We supported this adjustment because it provides a great opportunity for significant additional television exposure for Mid-American Conference football and that is something to which we have long been committed," said Ohio Director of Athletics Thomas Boeh. "However, we apologize for any inconvenience that the kickoff alteration may cause for fans from both Ohio and Miami. We look forward to a great game on Saturday."
