LARK
QUARTET DOCUMENTARY TO AIR NATIONWIDE ON
PBS
"The Lark
Quartet: A Year in a Residency," an hour-long Emmy-nominated
documentary produced by Ohio
University Media
Productions,
will air this summer on PBS.
The
program documents the second year of the Lark's three-year
residency at Ohio University as this ensemble of four
talented young women reach out to the community, perform
with visiting artists, interact with university students,
and collaborate with faculty. The Lark makes chamber music
accessible beyond the boundaries of a university campus to
the community and the Appalachian region. "The Lark Quartet:
A Year in a Residency" has won three national film/video
awards.
