Lori Holtmann joins the AAC as the new Assistant Director of Supplemental Instruction. Lori comes to us most recently from University of South Carolina Upstate in Spartanburg, South Carolina where she served as the Assistant Director of the Center for Student Success. There her responsibilities included coordinating the SI, Peer Leader and Tutoring programs and teaching University 101, a college success course. Her tenure at USC Upstate also included a counselor/advisor position in the university’s TRiO program. She is originally from Maryland and earned her bachelor’s degree from Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts and her MA in Student Personnel Administration from Ball State University. She has worked in various capacities within higher education, including residence life, student programs, women’s programming, and most recently academic support.
