1804 FUND PROPOSALS:
February 15: Deadline for preliminary discussions with the Dean of University College or the Vice President for Research.
March 15: Proposals deadline
The Fund was established by the Ohio University Foundation. Proposals should be linked to the University’s commitments, as outlined in Vision Ohio, to maintaining and enhancing a learning-centered community. The Fund promotes collaboration among units. The Fund focuses its support through two fund categories:
Undergraduate Learning
Curricular innovations, programs and activities that enhance the undergraduate educational experience. Forms and guidelines are distributed at preliminary discussions with the Dean that must be scheduled by February 15. Awards are announced in August. Faculty Research and Graduate Studies
Research, scholarly activities, and innovations in graduate education. A preliminary discussion with the VP must be scheduled prior to February 15. Proposals will not be considered unless a meeting with the VP has taken place prior to submission. Awards are announced in August. Contact: Eleni Zulia, 740-593-0929, zulia@ohio.edu.
